The community does not allow on-street parking, but parking is allowed near the ocean in a clearly marked area in the cul-de-sac at the end of Marlin Drive. They do require passes for vehicles to be parked in that area.

Off-Season: 10/1–4/30
Trash: Monday
Recycling: 1st & 3rd Monday of the month

Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day and roll the receptacles back after the trash is collected.
