Golf Carts
Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach. Items left are subject to removal. Flammable smoking materials and e-cigarettes are not allowed on balcony decks, walkways, or the pool deck. Trailers, RV's, etc. may park in unnumbered visitor spaces west of the buildings. Golf carts must be parked in valid parking spaces (i.e., either in the specific unit's numbered parking space or in a parking space in the overflow lots west of the buildings). Charging of golf carts using extension cords and any Colony By The Sea or unit's electrical outlet is prohibited, the renter of golf cart must arrange offsite charging.

Recycling: 1st & 3rd Monday of the month
Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day and roll the receptacles back after the trash is collected.
Off-Season Recycling: 1st & 3rd Monday.
